Position Details
- Role: Front Desk Assistant
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $19–$22 per hour
- Schedule: TBD (4 or 5 days per week shifts available)

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets while managing check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support daily clinic operations, including inventory and organization
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and reception area
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Previous customer service or front desk experience (veterinary preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn practice software
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Genuine love for animals and empathy for pet owners
