Benjamin Nappa, DVM

Dr. Nappa grew up in Central New York near Syracuse.  During his undergrad he joined the Army Reserves and was deployed for nine months. Upon arriving home, he graduated from Ross University Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical rotations at Cornell University.  Dr. Nappa continued his education at Fifth Avenue Veterinary Center by completing a one year medical and surgical rotating internship.  The following nine years he spent at Emergency referral-specialty practices.  He left emergency medicine for general practice in 2017 before joining our team.  He lives in Putnam with his wife, Dr. Amy Coppola, their daughter and two cats.
